What Is Included?

No matter what Masonic Event Center venue you choose, the following will be included:

  • Full access the previous business day from 9am-3pm for decorating or other preparation
  • Setup and takedown of necessary tables and chairs in the Crystal Room and/or Ballroom
  • Access to the space on the following business day if you need to pick up large decorative items
  • Six hours to use the space
  • Full use of all amenities: sound system, Internet access, ATM, etc.
  • A building attendant

Ballroom

Our ballroom features classic architecture, a raised dais for ceremonies and bands, and much more.

$1,000 for the Ballroom

$1,300 for the Wedding & Reception package, which includes The Crystal Room and Ballroom

 

Crystal Room

Amenities

An elegant setting for any meeting or wedding, with adjoining reception space.

  • 4,800 square feet of space in main room
  • 1,200 square feet in adjoining reception area
  • Vintage crystal chandeliers and candelabras
  • Elegant antique furniture can be in or out, depending on your needs
  • Roomy ladies lounge/dressing room with vanity and bathroom
  • Room for up to 175
  • Picturesque fireplace
  • Baby grand piano available
  • Granite floors and classic decor

Rental fee:

$700 for the Crystal Room

$1,300 for the Wedding & Reception package, which includes The Crystal Room and Ballroom

 

Auditorium

Amenities

A prime venue for any performance or large event.

  • Three dressing rooms, equipped with bathrooms, and two of the dressing rooms include showers
  • Full lobby entrance with vintage ticket offices
  • Full orchestra pit
  • Fully equipped, 3,888 square foot stage (54 x 72 ft) and can be converted to a dance floor
  • Movie screen and HD projector
  • Seats 1,200 in leather chairs
  • Full theatrical light and sound systems and wonderful acoustics
  • Over two dozen picturesque backdrops
  • Deployable ramp allows entrances from the rear of the house to the stage

Rental fee:

$850 for the Auditorium

A stage manager is required to control lights and sound, at a fee of $25/hour.

 

Meeting Rooms

Amenities

Impressive, adaptable, and equipped with projection screens, our lodge rooms are a fine setting for any meeting.

  • Theater seating for either 224 or 120
  • Additional furniture can be in or out as you prefer
  • Mezzanine waiting area includes kitchen
  • 6,400 or 1,800 square feet
  • Built-in sound system

Rental Fees:

$400 for the smaller meeting room, $700 for the larger

There may be a setup fee if additional seating is required for this room.

Additional Considerations

Damage Deposit

Each rental requires a $500 damage deposit in addition to your rental fee.

Additional Rental Items

Risers are available for use in the ballroom for an additional $75, and a ramp, allowing entrances from the rear of the house to the stage, is available for use in the auditorium for $150.

Multi-Room Discounts

As noted above, we offer the Ballroom and Crystal Room as a package for weddings and similar events. If you would like to use two or more rooms for your event, call us to discuss a multi-room discount.
